The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner inter-alia with the following prayers:-

"i. Issue a writ or direction in nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent no. 3 to pay arrear of the salary from 09.12.2020 to 30.04.2021 along with interest.

ii. Issue a writ in nature of mandamus and direct the respondent no.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner 25.07.2023 and 27.10.2025 (Annexure No.5 and 8)."

It is argued that though in this regard representation has been made by the petitioner before the respondent no.3 on 25.07.2023 but till date no decision has been taken, hence the present writ petition.

On the other hand, it is argued by Shri Akhilesh Kumar Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.2 to 5 that in case the petitioner will submit a fresh representation ventilating all his grievances before the Respondent No.3, District Basic Education Officer, District Chandauli, he will take a decision on the same, expeditiously.
