Contention of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner posted as Consolidation Officer has been suspended on the ground that he has not been decided the entire cases which were allotted to him. Submission is that the same cannot partake the misconduct of the writ petitioner. Particularly, when the disposal of the cases is pending upon various factors, cooperation of the lawyers as well as another conditions in this regard.
