1. The instant writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:-

" i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Joint Director of Education to make adjudication in regard to payment of salary to the petitioner on the post of Principal of an Inter College in the grade pay of 7600, by way of reasoned speaking order, on the request/representation of the petitioner, to be decided in the shortest possible time which may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court in an extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India."

Heard Sri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner at length and perused the contents made in the writ petition as well as documents on record.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner and averments made in the petition, I am of the opinion that matter requires consideration.

Issue notice to the respondent no.5 by ordinary post as well as registered post on payment of PF within a week.

Sri Jitendra Singh, learned Standing Counsel appeared in advance accepted notice on behalf of State-respondents and vehemently opposed the instant petition. He prayed for four weeks time to file counter affidavit.
