1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. This petition has been filed by the petitioners for the following prayers:-
"(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned judgment and order dated 19.07.2024 passed by the learned Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench, Lucknow in O.A. No.1232 of 2023 preferred by the respondent.
(ii) To issue a writ, order or directions in the nature of mandamus the kept in abeyance to the proceeding of the execution established by the respondent and the same may be dismissed.
(iii) To pass any order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.
(iv) To award exemplary costs in favour of the petitioners."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners says that a similar issue has been raised in Writ-A No.9365 of 2023 [Union of India and Others Vs. Ic52351-K-Col. Brijendra Singh Bhadauria (Retd.)].
4. Issue notice to the respondent.
5. The petitioners shall take steps within a week.
