Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authorities for benefit of notional increment to petitioners with effect from first of July of the year of superannuation of petitioners on 30th June. Further prayer for consequential benefit has also been sought.

Learned counsel for petitioner is granted liberty to implead the Director/ Additional Director, Pension and Treasury, Moradabad Division Moradabad as opposite party no.5 during the course of day. Notice on behalf of newly impleaded opposite party has been accepted by learned State counsel.

Learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 19.11.2025, a copy of which is taken on record and as per which by means of letter dated 04.06.2025, the aforesaid benefit has already been provided to petitioner and recommendation has been made to opposite party no.5 for taking consequential action.

In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, opposite party no.

Moradabad is directed to take appropriate action in terms of letter dated 04.06.2025 expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the concerned authority.
