Heard Mr. Yadvesh Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents, Mr. Shivendra Singh Bhadauria, learned counsel for the respondent nos.3&4.

The present writ petition has been filed inter-alia for the following reliefs:-

"a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the respondent no.3 to consider claim of petitioner for inter district transfer, in the ground of husband and wife both being government servant pending before him since 2021.

b) Issue any other suitable writ order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.

c) Award the cost of the present writ petition to the petitioner."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's representation, for redressal of her grievances regarding transfer on the ground of her husband's posting in a Bank in Meerut, where her in-laws reside and necessitate her care, has not been considered. It is prayed that a direction may be issued to decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a time bound period.

Learned counsel for the respondent nos.3&4 submits that the petitioner has not moved an online application as required, therefore, relief as prayed cannot be granted.

In view of the above, no interference is called for.

¶18

However, it is open to the petitioner to submit an online application for transfer in the future, which shall be considered in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition is disposed of .
