1. The instant writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:-

" (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI calling for record and to quash the Pension Payment Order dated 19.04.2025 so far it relates to the Clause 12 and 13 fixing the qualifying service for gratuity is 22 years 07 months 24 days deducting this services of 10 years 07 months 07 days prior to regularization for the purpose of payment of gratuity.
