Learned counsel for the petitioners says that a similar issue has been raised in Writ-A No.9365 of 2023 [Union of India and Others Vs. Ic-52351K-Col. Brijendra Singh Bhadauria (Retd.)] and in Writ-A No.11850 of 2025.
