Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents No.1 & 2, Sri Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.3, and Sri Kumar Ayush, learned counsel for the respondent No.4.

At the very outset, Sri Kumar Ayush, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4, on the basis of instructions given by the District Basic Education Officer, Shravasti, states that the orders impugned dated 17.06.2025 and 24.06.2025, copies of which are annexure-1 and 2 to the petition, whereby the appointment of the petitioner has been cancelled from the date of initial appointment itself, may be set aside with liberty to the respondents to pass a fresh order in accordance with law.

Considering the aforesaid, the orders impugned dated 17.06.2025 and 24.06.2025, copies of which are annexure-1 and 2 to the petition, are set aside.

Consequences to follow.

However, it would be open for the respondents to pass a fresh order in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
