ii. To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 3 to decide the representation dated 31-052025 with specific and reasoned order moved by petitioner before respondent no.3."
respondent no.3, Deputy Director (Secondary Education), Saharanpur Division, Saharanpur within 10 days from today. After receiving the said representation, respondent no.3 is directed to decide the said representation in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receiving of the said representation.
