The petitioner has applied for grant of Letter of Administration in respect of the goods and estate/property of late Kusum @ Kusum Lata, who died on 15.09.2016 (Death Certificate is appended with the application).

The present plaintiff, being the sole successor, claims her right and title over the property of the deceased, who was her real sister. The details of the next of kin of the deceased is mentioned in paragraph No. 6; however, since the petitioner is the only successor, there is no need to issue notice to the person as mentioned in paragraph No. 6.

Issue notice to the Administrator General, U.P., at Allahabad and to the Board of Revenue.

Citation of the petition shall be published simultaneously in two newspapers, i.e., Times of India (English) and Dainik Jagran (Hindi), Prayagraj edition, mentioning 20.02.2026 as the next date of hearing.

Affidavit of service may be filed at least one week before the next date fixed.
