Sri Vijay Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajiv Dhar Dwivedi, learned AGA for the State-respondent are present.

The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to transfer the proceeding of Case No. 198 of 2020 arising out of case crime No. 871 of 2018, u/s 498A, 323, 376, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Medical College, District Meerut, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Meerut to District Gautam Buddh Nagar as well as to the court of competent jurisdiction at any of adjoining districts.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is wife of opposite party no. 2 and she filed instant transfer application with a prayer to transfer the trial of the case from District Meerut to District Gautam Budh Nagar but now applicant is ready to appear through video conferencing and therefore, the instant application may be disposed off with the direction that if applicant filed an application before appropriate forum to appear through video conferencing then her application shall be entertained and she will be permitted to appear through video conferencing.

Learned AGA is having no objection.

The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant who is wife of the opposite party no. 2 with a prayer to transfer the case from District Meerut to District Gautam Budh Nagar but now she is ready to pursue the matter through video conferencing, therefore, instant transfer application is being disposed off with a direction that if applicant filed an application to pursue through video conferencing then her application shall be considered and she will be permitted to pursue the matter through video conferencing.
