Heard Sri Deo Raj Singh, learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking transfer of the proceedings of the Original Suit No. 734 of 2025 (Naveen Kumar Srivastava versus Smt. Shreya Srivastava) filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Gonda, to the court of equivalent jurisdiction at Lucknow.

The submission of the learned counsel for the applicant is that the marriage of the applicant with the opposite party was solemnized on 05.12.2023. He further submits that the opposite party started harassment and torture to the applicant and that compelled her to leave the house of her husband and at present, she is residing with her old parents at Lucknow since 14.09.2025.

Further submission of the learned counsel for the applicant that the opposite party filed a case under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gonda to harass the applicant. It is very categorically stated on behalf of the applicant that the applicant being a poor lady is facing undue hardship in pursuing the case at Gonda.

Issue notice to the opposite party, returnable at an early date.

Steps for service of notice be taken within seven working days.
