Heard Sri Ankur Yadav, Advocate holding brief of Sri Anand Kumar Srivastava, the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.
This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of Regular Suit No.2465 of 2025: Mohammad Nadeem Siddiqui Vs. Smt. Salma Siddiqui from Lucknow to Gorakhpur on the ground that the applicant is wife and two cases filed by her against her husband/opposite party are pending at Gorakhpur.
Issue notice to the opposite party, returnable at an early date.
Steps for service of notice shall be taken by the petitioner within next three working days.
