- The instant revision has been preferred under Section 25 of the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887 of Small Causes Act, 1887 challenging the judgement and order dated 25.09.2025 passed by the Additional District Judge Court No. 10, Lucknow acting as SCC Court in SCC Suit No. 51 of 2017 whereby the suit of the respondent has been decreed by means of the judgement aforesaid.
