The instant defective second appeal under Section 100 C.P.C. has been preferred against the judgment and decree dated 07.12.2022 passed by learned Civil Judge (S.D.), District Sitapur in Civil Suit No.621 of 1996 'Surya Pratap Verma & others versus Vijay Kumar & others', whereby the suit of the plaintiffs/appellants was dismissed as well as the judgment and decree dated 24.03.2025 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No.2, District Sitapur in Appeal No.3 of 2023, whereby the appeal preferred against the said judgment and decree had been dismissed.
