- It has been submitted that the suit for cancellation of the will deed filed on behalf of the plaintiff-appellant has concurrently been discarded by both the courts below without properly appreciating the evidence on record.

- In my considered opinion, lower courts record is required before admission of the instant appeal, as such, summon the lower courts record.

- Issue notice to the respondents through RPAD as well as normal mode of service fixing 24.4.2023 as the date.
