3. From a perusal of the record it appears that since
cause of death of the deceased could not be ascertained,
viscera was preserved and sent for chemical examination
but it is not clear as to whether the chemical
examination report has been received or not.
4. Hence, learned AGA is directed to apprise the Court
as to whether the chemical examination report has been
received or not and if yes, the same be brought on record
by way of an affidavit by the next date of listing.
5. Put up as fresh on 1.12.2025.
