The present application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant in Case Crime No. 257 of 2023, under Sections 419, 420 of I.P.C. and Section 34(2) of National Commission for Indian System of Medicine Act, Police Station Bhamora, District Bareilly.

After arguing the matter at some length, Sri Sunil Kumar Srivastava, counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present application with liberty to the applicant to file regular bail application before the Court of competent jurisdiction.

In view of the above, this application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to surrender before the concerned court and file regular bail application, which shall be decided in the light of decision rendered in Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No (s) 5191 of 2021 decided on 07.10.2021.
