Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

In the same crime number a Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application u/s 438 Cr.P.C. No. 2010 of 2023 was moved by the applicant which was decided on 24.05.2023 by this Court but the applicant has not complied with the order and again moved second anticipatory bail application which cannot be said to be maintainable, therefore, this second anticipatory bail application is liable to be rejected.

Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is rejected .
