This application has been filed with a prayer to issue a direction to the concerned trial court to decide Case No. 9202/09 of 2022, (State Versus Amit @ Aryan and Another), arising out of Case Crime No. 0655 of 2020, under Section 379, 411, 420 I.P.C., Police Station-Shamli, DistrictShamli at Kairana, which is pending in the court of Civil Judge (J.D.),/FTC, Shamli.

Learned State Law Officer has submitted that no witnesses till now has been examined by the prosecution in the aforesaid case even though charges were framed on 12.10.2022.

Before passing any order, it will be expedient to seek the current status of the aforesaid case from the concerned trial court through the District and Sessions Judge explaining the reason as to why a single witness has not been examined till date.

Registrar ( Compliance ) is directed to communicate this order to concerned court through District and Sessions Judge for compliance.
