Heard Mr. Vivek Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

By means of this application, the only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge Court No.5 Muzaffarnagar to decide the S.T.No.2372 of 2023 (State Vs. Golu and others) arising out of Case Crime No.211 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 120-B I.P.C., 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act and 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station- Bhopa, DistrictMuzaffarnagar, expeditiously within a short stipulated period.

Considering the facts of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 529 B.N.S.S. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible, if there is no legal impediment.
