Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present application has been filed seeking quashing of the charge sheet as well as the summoning order dated 19.05.2025.
The contention of the Counsel for the applicants is that false and scandalous allegations were leveled by the respondent against the entire matrimonial family, as is evident from F.I.R. No. 359 of 2024. It is argued that the same informant again moved an application under Section 173 on 29.08.2024, implicating the entire male members of the family malafidely with regard to the offence under Section 70 (1) of the BNS. In short, it is submitted that false and frivolous allegations have been leveled against the entire matrimonial family without there being any iota of evidence and the applicants have been summoned despite there being no proof.
The matter requires consideration.

Let steps be taken to serve the opposite parties no. 2 and 3 within a period of one week. They may file their reply within four weeks.
List/Put up this case after six weeks.
As an interim measure, further proceedings of Criminal Case No. 22091/2025 arising out of case crime No. 359 of 2024 shall remain stayed.
