The instant application has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 24.06.2013 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad allowing the Maintenance Case No. 110 of 2009 (Shivkumari and anothr vs. Rampyare) under Sectin 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Naini, District Allahabad and to decide the execution case filed by the applicants under Section 128 Cr.P.C. in Case No. 170 of 2013 (Shivkumari vs. Rampyare) within stipulated period of time.
