The present application under Section 528 BNSS has been filed with prayer to direct the learned Additional Family Court, Gautam Buddh Nagar to decide the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C., as Case No. 109 of 2019 (Smt. Varsha v. Ajay Sharma) P.S.- Sector 49 Noida, District Gautam Buddha Nagar.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the matter is pending consideration before the court concerned.

Expeditious disposal of a case is the right of every litigant and it is expected from every Court to endeavour to dispose of a case pending before it, expeditiously.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection in this regard.
