Sri Irshad Ahmad, learned counsel for the applicant states that initially in application under Section 482 No.41850 of 2024, this Court was pleased to record that the parties have entered into a compromise and directed the applicants to file original deed of compromise before the concerned Court and the learned trial below was directed to verify the same.

Learned counsel now submits that the compromise proceedings have been verified and notice may be issued to the opposite party No.2 so that appropriate orders may be passed disposing of this application in terms of the compromise.

Put up as fresh on 6th January, 2026.
