Learned counsel for the applicant submits that parties settled their dispute arising out of offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 of I.P.C. on the basis of compromise and the victim and the applicant no. 1 are resided as husband and wife peacefully since 1999 and two children were born out due to this wedlock. Compromise has been verified in pursuance of the coordinate Bench of this Court on 20.07.2023 in Application U/S 482 No. 26042 of 2023. A certified copy of the said compromise is on record which is annexed as Annexure No. 4 of the affidavit.
