The instant Application has been preferred with the prayer to direct the Principal Judge, Family Court, Mainpuri to expedite and decide Case No.845 of 2021 (Renu vs. Praveen Kumar) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., preferably within a fixed time.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the application of the applicant under Section 125 Cr.P.C. is pending since 2021 and till date no order for interim maintenance has been passed nor has any order been passed disposing off the case. He prays that the application may be decided as expeditiously as possible in a time bound manner. The applicant is suffering being a lady, who is destitute and is not getting maintenance from any other source.

Learned AGA, Shri Ghanshyam Kesharwani has no objection to the application being disposed off with the appropriate directions to the concerned Court to expeditiously decide the application U/s 125 Cr.P.C.

In view of the submissions made above, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Mainpuri is requested to dispose off the abovementioned application u/s 125 Cr.P.C. expeditiously within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal
