Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The instant application under Section 528 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to quash the impugned R.C-N.B.W. dated 01.11.2025 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jhansi in Case No. 1260 of 2025 (Smt. Sunita v. Deepak) under Section 147 of BNSS, Police StationMauranipur, District Jhansi.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant consents to refer the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court Allahabad, for the amicable settlement of the dispute.

Accordingly, the matter is referred to Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court. The applicant is directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 95,000/- by way of demand draft/pay order in the name of Allahabad High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (AHCMCC), within a period of 15 days from today. Out of the same, Rs. 90,000/- be paid to opposite party No. 2 which shall be adjusted towards the maintenance amount due, to be paid by applicant and Rs. 5,000/- shall be payable to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The matter is referred to the Mediation Centre with the direction that same may be tried to be resolved after giving notices to both the parties. The Mediation Centre will submit its report in the matter within two
