Sri Jitendra Singh, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for both the parties submitted that parties settled their dispute arising out of offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 324(1), 117(2) of B.N.S. on the basis of compromise dated 19.09.2025. A certified copy of the said compromise is on record which is annexed as Annexure No. 8 of the affidavit.

Both the parties are directed to appear before the court concerned within six weeks from today for verification and the court concerned is directed to verify the same.
