Sri Azhar Hussain, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State are present.

The present application under Section 528 of BNSS has been filed to issue a direction to release the applicant in 11 cases on a personal bond and two sureties which are as follows:

(i) Case Crime No. 1 of 2020, under Sections 2/3 U.P. Gangster Act, P.S. Fatehpur Sikri, District Agra.

(ii) Case Crime No. 165 of 2019, under Sections 457, 380, 411 of I.P.C. P.S. Achhnera, District Agra.

(iii) Case Crime No. 95 of 2019, under Sections 302, 394, 411 of I.P.C. P.S. Fatehpur Sikri, District Agra.

(iv) Case Crime No. 759 of 2017, 2/3 U.P. Gangster Act, P.S. Fatehpur Sikri, District Agra.

(v) Case Crime No. 520 of 2017, under Sections 18/20 N.D.P.S. Act, P.S. Fatehpur Sikri, District Agra.

(vi) Case Crime No. 517 of 2017, under Sections 353, 332 of I.P.C., P.S. Fatehpur Sikri, District Agra.

(vii) Case Crime No. 482 of 2017, under Sections 457, 380, 411 of I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a poor person and affidavit has been filed by his wife. It is further submitted that in all the cases applicant has been implicated on the basis of confessional statement. The applicant is languishing in jail since 12.06.2019 and the last bail order has been passed on 30.05.2025. It is further submitted he has not able to give two sureties in each cases and the case are related to one court.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, court concerned is directed to release the applicant in pursuance of the bail orders as annexed in the aforesaid case crime numbers, after furnishing personal bonds and two sureties of Rs. 1,00,000/- to the satisfaction of court concerned.

With the aforesaid directions, the application stands disposed of finally.
