Heard Sri Yatharth Nath Pathak, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The present application under Section 528 BNSS has been filed with the prayer to allow this application and direct the learned trial court not to take any coercive action against the applicant and to quash the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 1307 of 2019, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 I.P.C., pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siddharth Nagar.

From the perusal of record, it transpires that the applicant is not participating in the Court proceedings since 2021 and the N.B.W. has been issued.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is ready to participate in the court proceeding.

Let the applicant file the bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Court concerned within a period of six weeks from the date of the order, till then, no coercive measure be taken against the applicant.

With the aforesaid direction, the application is disposed of.
