Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-respondent.

This application has been filed by applicants for quashing the charge sheet dated 07.06.2024, cogniazance/summoning order dated 18.12.2024 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kannauj in Case No.1245 of 2024 (State Vs. Mohsin and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 250 of 2024, under Sections 452, 325, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Gursaiganj, District Kannauj on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the parties have entered into a compromise.

Learned A.G.A. submits that the compromise effected between the parties may be verified before the court concerned.

In the interest of justice, the applicants and opposite party no.2 are directed to appear before the court concerned on 19th September, 2025 and shall submit the compromise, which shall be verified by the court concerned and a report in this regard shall be submitted before this Court within 15 days thereafter.
