At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant submitted that both the parties have already been entered into a compromise on dated 22.05.2024 which has also been preferred before learned court concerned but the same has not been verified till date.

In view thereof, learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.21, Allahabad is hereby directed to verify the said compromise in presence of both the parties within a period of four weeks and send its report to this Court through the Registry on or before the next date.

List this case in the week commencing 17.11.2025 with said report.
