Nandganj, District Ghazipur, initiated by him in 2022 against opposite party Nos. 2 to 4 and not concluded; counsel argued, with reference to the ordersheet, that the proceedings were being conducted in a lackadaisical manner with no progress and asked for a specific time frame. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

By means of the present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (hereinafter referred to as 'BNSS') , the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Saidpur, district Ghazipur to expedite the proceedings of case no. 543 of 2022, under Section 133 Cr.P.C., P.S. Nandganj, District Ghazipur and to decide the same within time stipulated by this Court, which is pending before the aforesaid court.

Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that applicant has initiated the aforesaid proceedings under Section 133 Cr.P.C. against opposite party Nos. 2 to 4 in the year 2022 but the same have not been concluded so far. Referring to ordersheet of the learned Magistrate, it was pointed out that the proceedings are being conducted in a lackadaisical manner and no progress has been made so far and thus, a direction may be made to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case within specific time frame.
