"WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside/quash the impugned judgment and order dated 12.03.2025 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge/ Fastrack Court No. 2nd Lucknow annexed as Annexure No. 13 and the petitioner may kindly be discharged for the alleged offence under section 376, 323, 504, 506 IPC arising out of case crime number 150/2024 registered at Police Station- Gomti Nagar Extension, District Lucknow, otherwise, the petitioner would suffer irreparable loss and injury which cannot be made good in or any event."
