At the very outset, learned counsel for applicants submitted that both the parties have already been entered into a compromise which has also been preferred before learned court concerned but the same has not been verified till date.

Sri Rajesh Mishra, learned counsel who preferred his Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party no.2 today in the Court, has not disputed the said facts.

In view thereof, learned Judicial Magistrate/Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Court No.3, Meerut is hereby directed to verify the said compromise in presence of both the parties within a period of four weeks and send its report to this Court through the Registry on or before the next date.

List this case in the week commencing 05.01.2026 with said report.

Till the next date of listing, no coercive action shall be initiated against applicants in pursuance of Case Crime No.009 of 2023, under Section 392, 323, 504, 506, 411 IPC, P.S. Falavda, District Meerut.

Registrar (Compliance) is hereby directed to serve a copy of this order upon learned Judicial Magistrate/Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Court No.3, Meerut within 72 hours so that the matter may be adjudicated on the basis of verification report.
