Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and Sri Neeraj Kumar, who has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party no.2 by filing Vakalatnama, which is taken on record.

This application has been filed challenging the charge-sheet dated 26.10.2024 and congnizance order dated 19.02.2025 as well as entire criminal proceedings in Criminal Case No. 14127 of 2025, arising out of Case Crime No. 59 of 2024, under sections 147, 427, 506, 120B I.P.C., Police Station- Jajamau, District- Kanpur Nagar, pending in the Court of District and C.J.M. Kanpur Nagar.

At the very outset it is contended that amicable settlement has taken place between the parties and a written compromise (Annexure No. 4) has been executed, according to which the informant has expressed his willingness not to prosecute the applicants.

Parties are directed to file this order along with original compromise before the court concerned within two weeks.

On receipt of the compromise, the court concerned shall ensure presence of the parties to the compromise and shall verify the same by the end of October, 2025.

A duly verified compromise along with report shall be sent to this Court by the third week of November, 2025.
