Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

The present application under Section 528 BNSS, has been filed for quashing the charge sheet dated 14.11.2016 including cognizance and summoning order dated 15.5.2018 and entire proceeding of Case no. 1484/2018 (State vs. Neha Singh and others) arising out of Case Crime no. 263 of 2016 under sections 120B, 186, 309, and 506 IPC, PS- Bairiya, District Ballia.

Learned counsel for applicants submits that applicants had no knowledge about the proceedings initiated against them due to which they could not appear on the date fixed by the trial Court, hence, non-bailable warrant was issued against the applicants on 26.6.2025.

Per contra, learned A.G.A opposed the prayer.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the matter, applicants are directed to appear before the learned court concerned in pursuance to impugned NBW order dated 26.6.2025 within 15 days from today. Till 15 days from today, no coercive action shall be initiated against the applicants. After the expiry of aforesaid period of 15 days, learned concerned court is directed to proceed as per law. However, it is made clear that none of the

grounds are convincing for seeking quashing of orders impugned along with entire proceeding.
