"i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus to direct the respondent no. 3 & 4 to release the Petitioner no.1 Surendra Mishra S/O Sri Kamta Prasad Mishra from the detention of the respondent no. 5 and produced before this Hon'ble Court and get her liberty.
ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directed the respondent no. 2 and 3 taken appropriate action against the delinquent police officers (respondent no. 4 & 5) under the supervision of the Hon'ble High Court, who had made a conspiracy against the petitioner and this Hon'ble Court also call the record of C.C.T.V. Footage of Police Station Nawabganj District Prayagarj."
