On the earlier occasion, the case was got adjourned on the ground of illness.
Learned A.G.A. submits that as per instructions, the alleged detenue has informed that she is residing with her parents and that she was forced to marry Satya Narayan by threatening. A false court marriage was got done by Satya Narayan. She wants to reside with her parents. A copy of the instructions and photo copy of the aforesaid statement given by the petitioner are taken on record.
In view of above, it appears that the petitioner does not want to pursue this petition.
This petition is, accordingly, dismissed for want of prosecution.
