The instant appeal has been preferred under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, seeking enhancement of the compensation granted by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ayodhya (hereinafter referred to as "Tribunal" ) in Claim Petition No. 233 of 2018, whereby, in an injury case, a sum of Rs. 19,00,133/- along with 7% per annum interest has been awarded.
