2. The instant appeal has been preferred under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, seeking enhancement of the award dated 26.05.2025, passed in M.A.C.P. Case No.204/2022, whereby, in a death case, the Tribunal has awarded a total sum of Rs.29,81,930/-.

3. Submission of learned counsel for the appellant is that the deceased had left behind his two parents, two sons and one daughter. He further submits that the income of the deceased has not been appropriately noticed, coupled with the fact that the amount payable under the conventional head is also on the lower side.

4. Matter requires consideration.

5. The appeal is admitted.

6. Let notices be issued to the respondents No.1 to 3, returnable at an early date.

7. Learned counsel for the appellants shall take steps within a period of one week from today.
