Learned counsel for revisionist states that inadvertently the steps in terms of order dated 20.12.2024 could not be taken and therefore, some reasonable time may be granted to take steps.
In the interest of justice, seven working days from today is granted to revisionist to take steps.
In case, steps are not taken within the aforesaid time, then, the application seeking condonation of delay be deemed to be dismissed under Chapter XII Rule 4 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952 and shall not be listed before this Court.
In case, steps are taken, Office shall proceed, as per law.
