Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record.

This criminal revision has been filed seeking following relief(s):-

"(i) Call for the records of the Learned Special Judge Gangster Act, Court No. 2, (Additional District & Session Judge) Appeal No. 34/2017 (Ajay Singh Bhadauria alias Ajay Pratap Singh Versus State of U.P.)

(ii) set-aside the impugned order dated 29.05.2017 passed by the Learned Special Judge Gangster Act, Court No. 2, (Additional District & Session Judge) Appeal No.34/2017 (Ajay Singh bhadauria alias Ajay Pratap Singh Versus State of U.P.)

(iii) set-aside the impugned order dated 06.05.2017 passed by the Learned Juvenile Justice board. Hardoi in B.A. no. 23/2017 in Case Crime No.02/2017 U/S 2/3 U.P. Gangster Act (Ajay Singh Bhadauria alias Ajay Pratap Singh Versus State of U.P.)

(iv) Released the revisionist on bail during the pendency of case no. B.A. no. 23/2017 in case crime no. 02/2017 U/S 2/3 U.P. Gangster Act (State of U.P. Versus Ajay Singh bhadauria alias Ajay Pratap Singh) pending before the learned Juvenile Justice Court, Hardoi."

3. On 21.11.2017 this Court passed the following order:-

"Heard learned counsel for the accused-applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate and perused the relevant documents on record.

The accused-applicant is involved in Case Crime No. 02/2017, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station- Kotwali Sahar, District- Hardoi.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that in the gang-chart, it is shown that the applicant is involved in two cases i.e. case crime nos. 585 & 586 of 2016. It is submitted that in all the above two cases, applicant is on bail. It is further submitted that in the instant case, applicant is in custody from 18.01.2017.

Learned Additional Government Advocate opposed the bail prayer.

¶20

Having heard the submission, I have gone through the record of the case.

¶21

Considering the fact and circumstance of this case and the fact that the applicant is on bail in the cases shown in the gang chart, I find it a fit case for granting bail.

A perusal of the above order indicates that the revisionist has already been released on bail.

In view of the aforesaid, the present revision is disposed of finally.
