The Court took notice of the fact that as per office report the instant revision was filed by the delay of 8 days, however, the revision was admitted vide order dated 10.12.2024 but the defect remained intact.

Hence, the revisionist was heard on the point of delay today.

This criminal revision is reported to be beyond time by 8 days and the reasons thereof has been disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of the application for condonation of delay wherein it has been mentioned that the revisionist is very old and suffering from the disease of cancer that is the cause of delay in filing the revision.

Accordingly, the application for condonation of delay is allowed and the delay in filing the criminal revision is condoned.
