It is submitted by learned counsel for the revisionists that in this case the revisionists are wife and daughter of the opposite party no. 2. The learned court has granted the amount of maintenance Rs. 4,000/- per month from the date of order in favour of revisionist no. 1, wife and rejected the claim of maintenance for the revisionist no. 2, daughter. The revisionist no. 2 is daughter who has become major though she is entitled for maintenance till the date of marriage. The amount of maintenance in favour of wife is also less than sufficient, therefore, request to increase the amount of maintenance in favour of wife.
Admit.
Issue notice to the opposite party no. 2, through C.J.M. concerned returnable within a period of four weeks.
