This criminal revision seeking bail has been filed under Section 397 read with Section 401 of Cr.P.C. against the judgment and order dated 19.02.2016, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, District - Sitapur in Criminal Appeal No.2 of 2016, which was preferred against the order dated 04.01.2016, passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Sitapur in Bail Application arising out of Case Crime No.296 of 2014, under Sections 498-A, 304-B/302 I.P.C. & Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station - Khairabad, District - Sitapur.

This Court vide order dated 28.08.2025, after taking note of the fact that the instant revision relates to enlargement of revisionist on bail, directed the Senior Registrar of this Court to provide the status of the present case.

In compliance of this Court's order dated 28.08.2025, Incharge, Additional District and Session Judge, Court No.11, Sitapur has sent report dated 03.09.2025 to this Court, which reads as under:-

कृपया माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के पत्र संख्या-11044 िदनांिकत 30-08-2025 का संदभर् ग्रहण करने की कृपा करें िजसके द्वारा उक्त वाद की वस्तु िस्थित से अवगत कराने की अपेक्षा की गयी है। इस संबंध में अवगत कराना है िक िकशोर न्याय बोडर् सीतापुर द्वारा यह सूिचत िकया गया है िक िवचाराधीन प्रकरण मु०अ०सं० 296/2014 उ०प्र० राज्य बनाम बाल अपचारी सुशील, अन्तगर्त धारा 498ए, 304 बी, 302 भा०दं०स० व धारा 3/4 डी०पी०एक्ट के संदभर् में अवगत कराना है िक मामला िकशोर न्याय बोडर् द्वारा िदनांक 28-06-2017 को िनणीर्त िकया जा चुका है िजसमें अपचारी सुशील को दोषमुक्त िकया जा चुका है। पत्रावली िनयमानुसार दािखल दफ्तर की जा चुकी है।
