By means of the instant writ petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the opposite party no.1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the opposite parties No. 4 to 9 and to ensure fair and proper investigation of F.I.R. dated 23.06.2024, bearing FIR No. 0208 of 2024, under Section 302 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Dehat, district Pratapgarh.

3. Learned A.G.A. for the State, on the basis of instructions, submits that final report in this case has been submitted in the trial Court on 18.12.2024.

4. In view of the above, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the petition on merits and wants to withdraw the same with liberty to challenge/raise objection to the final report before the trial Court.

5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge/raise objection to the final report
