This writ petition has been filed seeking the quashing of the First Information Report dated 18.11.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 234 of 2025, under Sections 69, 352, 351(3) of BNS, 2023, and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station - Baresar, District -Ghazipur.

Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the first informant and the petitioners were known to each other since 2020 and they were having intimate physical relationship since 2021.

The respondents no. 1 to 2 are represented by the learned AGA.
